Return/Exchange Policy

Return Policy/Store Credit

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the sale date. If we don't receive the returned item by the 15th day, your return will be denied. All customer items approved for return (In the same condition as it was mailed out) will be issued store credit that can be used up to one year from the issued date. Shipping and handling credit is not included.
  • It can take 3-10 business days for your credit to be issued to your customer account. Please make sure you have a customer account to receive your credit. 
  • Damaged items can be returned but you must notify us within 4 days of receiving the item.

  • Intimate items
  • Holiday items
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
